White Oaks Ranch Rules and Regulations for Your Hunt
White Oaks Ranch is a permitted “Commercial Wildlife Hunting Reserve”. We are one of 14 such permitted sites in the state of Arkansas. We have special hunting rules that differ from the published state laws.
- Hunting Seasons run September 15 thru February 28.
- Weapons that may be used for the ENTIRETY of our 167 day season include bow, crossbow, muzzleloader or slug shotgun. No modern guns are ever allowed.
- Deer on the ranch are not tagged and do not count towards your state limit. There are no bag limits on the ranch.
- An Arkansas license is required and is your responsibility (about $100 for out of state 3 day trip license). You can contact Arkansas Game & Fish Commission at this link for more information and to purchase a license. Licenses can also be purchased locally. You must receive your license in the mail prior to your hunt, no “internet” licenses are allowed for deer in the state of Arkansas.
- We can hunt a maximum of 6 hunters per trip with our current facilities. If you have a larger group, we do have options for additional lodging.
